Although winter is approaching, El Pasoans and Coldplay fans can dream of the group’s new North American our dates happening summer of next year.
Following their highly anticipated 10th album ‘Moon Music,’ Coldplay is set to perform in El Paso for the very first time. The El Paso date marks the only tour date in the state of Texas.
Whether some are a fan of Coldplay or not, UTEP’s Executive Director of Special Events, Jorge Vasquez, shares everyone is welcome to check out a stellar performance by Coldplay.
“It’s one of those icon events that you have to be a part of,” said Vasquez. “If you are a Coldplay fan, even
if you’re not, you have to come to the show.”
“My goal has been to increase the volume of the events that we host here in the university and here in El Paso,” said Vasquez. “Thanks to the partnership of Live Nation and so many other good friends, we’re able to do that.”
Fans can sign up for the artist presale now through Oct. 10 at 10 a.m. (ET). The artist presale begins on Friday, Oct. 11 at 9 a.m. General on-sale begins the same day at noon.
Coldplay will be performing June 13, 2025, at the Sun Bowl.
