During the morning of Oct. 26, the Border Network for Human Rights held their sixth annual #HugsNotWalls event. In the middle of the Rio Grande area, people who had not seen their loved ones because of immigration processes got to see and talk with them for five minutes.
Over 300 families were part of the seventh edition of the “Hugs Not Walls” event Saturday, Oct. 26, 2019.
