The 200 Años de Música Mexicana show scheduled for Sept. 20 at The University of Texas at El Paso Don Haskins Center has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, according to a UTEP press release.
Ticketholders for the event, which would have featured Banda el Recodo and Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlán, may request a refund at the point of purchase.
The UTEP Office of Special Events will continue to work diligently to bring El Paso more world-class events in the near future, the press release read.
