After a temporary court order was issued Monday restricting any demolition in the Duranguito neighborhood for the proposed $180 million arena, demolition crews destroyed significant areas out of five buildings in the neighborhood Tuesday morning.
These actions violate the court order signed Monday, which order the city to stop all demolition in the neighborhood until the lawsuit is resolved.
The damaged buildings are on Chihuahua Street, as three are homes and the others are the former Flor de Luna art gallery and academy and the Tiradero Market.
The court will have to review these actions and proceed from there.

This city’s headship will reap back all the misery it has sowed via their deceitful ways.
