A woman in El Paso has tested positive for the Zika virus after returning from a visit to Puerto Rico. This is the second case that has been confirmed in El Paso.
The woman, who has now been isolated, spent at least a week in Puerto Rico, and after her return to El Paso on Aug. 17, she started noticing symptoms, public health officials said.
Texas has at least 127 Zika viruses cases confirmed and officials say that people planning to travel to places like Florida and Mexico should take extra precautions.
