At 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, a pedestrian was hit on the corner of Sun Bowl Drive and Dawson, said UTEP officials in an email.
“The vehicle fled and the investigation is still open,” UTEP officials said. “The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.”
